Ah I don’t think it’s a cop out. Marc saying he doesn’t care enough about Ak’s theory to investigate it isn’t the same as ignoring proven wrongdoing. And sure, his strong defense of Megan could create bias—but “he may be biased” still doesn’t get us to “he’s probably in bed with Roc Nation” without evidence. He defends women like that because he’s a feminist not because she’s part of roc nation.
