I find trouble w people that tend to just ignore the fact ROC nation is being mentioned too many times in dubious shit for us to be “looking” for it.

Ak started from the premise of “ROC Nation did this”, and is now looking for any little thing that allows him to frame the narrative from that POV. You can make a million connections that way. It’s an Alex Jones type conspiracy.

They really tried to validate Ak’s theory as if he had actually uncovered something, rather than acknowledging that he was making an inference and pushing a conspiracy. His argument is that Polleg LLC loaned money to plaintiffs, Insight invested in Polleg, Insight also invested in Fanatics, Jay-Z is connected to Fanatics, and Fanatics competes with Stake. From that, he concludes Jay-Z/Roc Nation is behind the lawsuits.
